The first LG Dual Inverter AC lasted 1 season before the internals failed. After a runaround, LG did eventually refund me the entire purchase amount and I was able to repurchase a new one. Fingers crossed this one lasts more than 1 summer.Otherwise its a GREAT AC. The LG app is easy to use and you can control and schedule the AC to your needs. It is also the quietest AC I've ever owned. The only downside is sometimes you'll hear a high pitch ringing which seems to happen when the AC starts blowing cold air again but eventually goes away.Very good AC. Quality and quiet
