This worked well and fit my older 24k indoor unit and my 16k unit which a far smaller size. This has built-in stiff pieces that fit on the ends of the split and I think that seems like the part that made it work well. I would not buy one that didn't have it. The tube was much longer than I needed with an 8ft ceiling. I think it would work for 10 ft or maybe even 12 ft ceilings. I duct-taped the piece onto the wall under the heat pump but I think that's a good way to do it. I'm happy with my purchase. This is well built for a DIY unit. I would expect more If I did this every day all day long but I will use this for one day a year and I would guess this will do it for the next 20 years.I cleaned all those 3 AC units with what I purchasedSatisfied, but while I clean, water leaked from front its because area where water falls not cover well.Overall, was done okay, better than nothingya habia adquirido otro pero mas grande y si muy bien la calidad y funcionalidad recomendado.The item was ok.
